1. Acceptance & General Eligibility

By registering, accessing, or playing at Pulsz Casino ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is owned and managed by Yellow Social Interactive Limited (YSI).

• You must be a natural person at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your specific jurisdiction.
• You must physically reside within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding the states of Washington (WA), Idaho (ID), and Nevada (NV), which are strictly Excluded Territories.
• You may only maintain one (1) single registered account per person and IP household. Multi-accounting triggers instant suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated balances.

2. Virtual Gaming Currencies: Gold Coins vs. Sweeps Coins

The gaming mechanism at Pulsz Casino operates using two distinct virtual currencies:

• Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens intended exclusively for social entertainment and recreation. Gold Coins hold zero real-world monetary value, cannot be converted or exchanged for currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. Optional packages of GC may be purchased by players at their discretion.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional sweepstakes entries granted as complimentary gifts. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly under any circumstance. Sweeps Coins obtained through bonuses or gameplay and subsequently won in eligible sweepstakes modes can be redeemed for genuine cash prizes or electronic gift cards subject to meeting redemption criteria.

3. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE / Mail-In)

In adherence to United States sweepstakes law, participants may obtain free Sweeps Coins without making any purchase via mail-in entry:

Send a handwritten request on a standard 4" x 6" index card, placed in a hand-addressed stamped #10 envelope, to our official US postal address. The card must contain your full legal name, registered account email, phone number, residential address, and unique handwritten verification code generated in your player portal. Valid requests are credited with 5 free Sweeps Coins.

4. Sweeps Coins Prize Redemptions & Verification

• Playthrough Requirement: All complimentary Sweeps Coins must be staked and played through at least once (1x playthrough) in sweepstakes games before becoming redeemable.
• Minimum Balances: Direct cash bank transfers require a minimum accumulated balance of 100 redeemable SC ($100 equivalent). Electronic gift card redemptions require a minimum balance of 25 redeemable SC ($25 equivalent).
• Parity: One redeemable Sweeps Coin (1 SC) corresponds to one United States Dollar ($1.00 USD).
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first redemption, you must submit valid proof of age, photo identification, and address verification. Redemptions exceeding $600 in a calendar year require submission of an IRS Form W-9.

5. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against malicious conduct. Pulsz Casino reserves the right to terminate accounts and forfeit virtual currency balances in the event of:

• Using automation scripts, bots, spiders, or third-party unauthorized wagering assistance tools.
• Engaging in payment chargebacks, credit card fraud, or identity misrepresentation.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or unauthorized manipulation of random sequence outputs.
• Attempting to access services from restricted states using VPNs, proxies, or IP masquerading.

6. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding bilateral arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in a court of law. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Yellow Social Interactive Limited.
